The triangle^® asparagus peeler is made of resilient butflexible plastic. The blade is made of tempered stainless steel. Two slots prevent peelings from clogging the cutter. A deflector prevents peelings from falling back onto theasparagus. The blade head may be turned and is suitablefor both left- and right handed users.

triangle^® asparagus ties are made of expendable silicone. They bundle up to 30 asparagus shoots and simplify bothcooking and serving without tying awkward knots. The ties are food safe, temperature resistant up to 220°C and always return back to their original length. They are also suitable for cooking black salsify, green beans, and stuffed beef rolls.
