The razor-sharp blades on the graters made by triangle^® ensure that none of the flavour is wasted.
The non-slip ends of the graters hold them in place during use and prevent them damaging the work surface. The slight curve in the foot of the grater allows it to be firmly positioned on the rim of a saucepan or bowl. These graters are stainless and dishwasher safe.

The grater series is available in 4 versions. This one grates citrus fruits, ginger and nutmeg finely without leaving ungrated leftovers.
A special matching end-holder enables you to grate even the end-pieces and smaller vegetables (article 501490202).

The triangle^® garlic cutter makes 2mm fine strips and cubes, which go perfectly with pizzas, dressings, vegetable and fish dishes or lamb. The cutter grid is made of tempered stainless steel. The garlic cutter may be quickly dismantledand is thus easy to clean.

Die triangle^® Ingwer- und Zitronenreibe reibt extrem fein, so dass sich das Reibgut zu einer aromatischen Mousse verbinden kann. Zitronen oder Wurzelgemüse, wie Meerrettich, Ingwer oder Knoblauch, werden über die kombinierte Kunststoff-Reiboberfläche gerieben und mit der Lochblech-Verdeckung abgenommen und zum Kochen verwendet. Nichts bleibt in der Reibfläche hängen. Die Ingwer- und Zitronenreibe läßt sich auch für feinstgeriebene Äpfel, Gurken, Zucchini, etc. verwenden. Nach Gebrauch werden beide Teile der Reibe unter fließendem Wasser oder in der Spülmaschine gereinigt.

Eine weitere (gebrauchsmustergeschützte) Reibe zur einfachen, verlustfreien Verarbeitung von Gewürzen, Zirtusfrüchten und Schokolade.

The triangle^® herb cutter uses precision manufactured cutters to chop fresh herb leaves into finestrips. Wild garlic, basil, parsley, coriander, lemonverbena and rocket are simply fed into the funnel ofthe tool and neatly cut by turning the handle. The result is well-sliced herbs and an enchantingaroma. For cleaning, the device can be quickly disassembled and, after cleaning, easily reassembled. The cutter unit is made of stainless steel.
